How to use:
Shake the bottle to blend the oils, then spray 1-2 pumps in the air and around your space and enjoy the calming aroma.
Before bedtime, apply it to your pillow, pyjamas, or your child's comforter about 5 minutes before sleep. When using it with your child, supervise their application to teach them the importance of winding down. Children will associate this scent with calmness, making it perfect for nap time or peaceful moments, and especially effective during more challenging times.
