How to use:

Use it whenever you like!

Before each use, shake the bottle gently to mix the oils.

Roll onto your wrists, neck, and temples and inhale the aroma when you need to focus and feel more grounded at any time of the day.

Roll into the palms of your hands, cup your hands over your nose and take three big deep breaths. you can do this anytime, anywhere and is especially useful when you have an exam, homework, or any job where you find your mind wandering around.

Fractionated coconut oil (Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride), Sage (Salvia officinalis) oil, Vetiver (Vetiveria zizaniodes) oil, Juniperberry (Juniperus communis) oil, Frankincense (Boswellia serrata) oil, Lemongrass (Cymbopogon Flexuosus) oil, Peppermint (Mentha piperita) oil.
