The ever-stunning PS23647 is a full length, one shoulder evening gown by Portia and Scarlett! The gown features a  sweetheart bodice with built-in corset top. The top of the dress features a crystal cup outline and the opposite side has stunning features and is long sleeve. The skirt is all sequin throughout and has a high split on one side with long train.
