This sea salt is made from the seawater of Kotohiki Beach on the Tango Peninsula in Kyoto, famous for its “singing sand.” It is produced using a traditional method in which the seawater is carefully boiled down over a wood fire.
After opening, store at room temperature.
Recommended for sashimi, pasta, grilled fish, tempura
