Over the past decade, we have been selling Intercoolers for the 2nd and 3rd gen Cummins community. We decided it was time to release the 4th Gen Cummins Intercooler. We are always stocking these Intercoolers, we do our best to have them ready to ship daily. This is designed for the 2013 - 2018 Dodge Ram Cummins turbo diesel trucks. From testing these Intercoolers, the truck dropped intake air temps significantly, even during driving around the city. The truck comes into boost quicker and noticed also a small increase in fuel efficiency. A QUESTION ASKED FAR TOO MUCH, is this unit a factory replacement or more of a performance related product? This intercooler trumps the factory unit in all aspects, it's not even close to a comparison. This unit is just over 50% increase in core flow with a much better fin design over stock, this allows for much cooler IAT and EGT. While this can be used as a performance gain, it also can be used as a factory replacement. This Intercooler core is 5" thick with Stock size inlet and outlets on the Intercooler so it can be used with the factory piping if you choose to. As you can see the Intercooler is much thicker in comparison to stock. But it does still fit with all the factory shrouding which is important as well to direct the air through it.
