QuiQuiRiQui Mezcal Espadin is an unaged Mezcal made in Matatlan by Carlos Mendez. From a line of 6 generations worth of Mezcal makers, Carlos has developed an experienced and bold taste and style, of which this smoky and spicy Mezcal is the product. A very mixable, house style Mezcal with a long peppery finish.
On the nose, there are hints of nutmeg, vanilla, leather and asphalt. An immensely smooth and full flavoured 100% agave spirit, on the palate there are hints of wood smoke, cocao butter and toffee. The finish is peppery, with slightly floral and juicy notes, typical of Matatlan grown Espadin.
Perfect as a cocktail mixer or sipped on its own, this Mezcal has an extra depth than the standard house Mezcal (ABV 40%) due to above average alcohol content (ABV 45%)
