The Urbanic Double MooN is the latest evolutionary stage of our highly sophisticated mechanical lunar-phase watch that was introduced in 2011. With the initial version, we had to choose between the northern and southern lunar-phase representation; our latest item, though not just targeting at globetrotters, shows two moons on the dial. At any time, the moonphase displays, each 13.4 mm in diameter and with earth-shadow simulation, provide a photo-realistic representation of the lunar phases at a maximum deviation of a single day per 122.5 years. This way, the dual lunar-phase display dominates the dial with its variety of colors and striped ornamentations. The moonphase module with date hand'now produced in-house at our Schaumburg Watch manufactory'and the SW-12 base movement are housed in a prominent steel case 45 mm in diameter at a height of 14 mm. The entire case is securely protected by anti-reflective sapphire glass consistently pressure resistant up to 10 atm, which corresponds to a water depth of 100 meters. A precious leather strap suitable for 22-mm lugs fitted with a convenient butterfly clasp complements the design of this fine watch.
