G454 Go-nogo Gauge for JRD-HDT-48/HDT-48-00 Crimping Tool

GO: 0.0330 inch(0.84mm)
NOGO: 0.0385 inch(0.98mm)
JRD-HDT-48(HDT-48-00): Set the tool selector knob to position SEL.1.0/16, and check indenter closure with the gage.
Periodic gaging is recommended to insure accurate calibration.

GAGING INSTRUCTIONS

"GO" GAGING
Operate the tool to the fully closed position. Maintain firm hand pressure on the tool handles.
Insert the "GO" gage end as shown. The gage must pass freely between the indenter tips.

"NO-GO" GAGING
Operate the tool to the fully closed position. Maintain firm hand pressure on the tool handles.
Try to insert the "NOGO" gage end. The "NOGO" gage may partially enter the indenter opening, but must not pass completely through.

Gage Maintain
1.After using, the gage should be put into the special tool box to prevent the bending deformation of the gage pin.
2.Regularly wipe with antirust oil to ensure that the surface of gage pin is clean.
