MIMOS PILLOW is a tri-dimentional polyester pillow which designed specially by doctors, neurosurgeon and physiotherapist to reduce the pressure under the head. This allows the head to grow normally and round out to its natural shape.

It is very effective when used before 6 months of age. It is recommended to use the pillow for prevention from the very first day of life. 

This size has been designed for baby with head diameter of 42-49cm or between 5 to 18 months. Mimos Size M is a thicker and wider pillow than Mimos Size S.

It's special design is meant for babies who have attained certain degree of mobility and they manage to pull out of the S size during sleep. This usually happens around 6 to 8 months of age (earlier when awake).

Mimos Size M provides more space for a growing head and makes it a bit more difficult to move out while preserving free rotational movement of the head and neck.

When using this pillow the result will take longer time then with the Mimos Size S since  at this age the head growth slows down and you will need several months to appreciate a difference on your baby head shape.

Success level varies depending on the size and thickness of the fontanels. Some babies can achieve great results 12-18 months if they have big fontanels and a thin skull bone while others might not experience any improvement past 12 months.

Mimos pillow is not designed to help you position your baby in any certain way. It works by allowing a natural non forced sleeping posture and relieving the pressure from the back of the head.

Just place your baby head on the center of the pillow cavity and allow him to sleep as she please as long as the head stays in the cavity. She will turn the head from side to side and that is a very good thing since she is reinforcing her neck muscles and by that reducing side preference. We believe this is a more sensible strategy than forcing the baby to stay on a certain position.

We strongly recommend to use our specially made with breathable material to ensure the effectiveness of the  pillow.
