To create this new bottling, Redwood Empire finished their flagship Pipe Dream* bourbon in barrels made from toasted French oak, toasted Garryana Oak, and toasted Hungarian oak. They then blended those three finishes together in one batch, bottling the resulting whiskey at 92 proof. The three finishing barrels each bring unique flavors, resulting in a nuanced, flavorful sipping whiskey. The nose offers scents of spiced apple, honey, sweet oak, vanilla, caramel, and baking spice. The palate includes flavors of toasted pecan, cherry, caramel, cinnamon, and burnt honey. The finish lingers with notes of toasted oak, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla. 

*A blend of 4-14 year old bourbons from California, Indiana, Tennessee, and Kentucky with a mash bill of 72% corn, 18% rye,  5% malted barley, and 5% wheat.
