Distilled on the Isle of Mull, Tobermory is aged in ex-bourbon casks for at least 12 years before bottling without added color or chill filtration at 92.6 proof. The nose offers aromas of orange peel, vanilla, peach, apricot, and butterscotch with a touch of sea breeze. The palate presents flavors of candied orange, vanilla, caramel, butterscotch, peach, and apricot before transitioning to spiced oak and cinnamon. The finish is medium length with notes of sweet citrus, cinnamon, and vanilla.
