The aim of the game is to be the first player to reach 12 points or to have the most points when the “End of Game” card is turned over. The players collect different colored cards and then exchange them for facade tiles of the same color in different shapes (except white special tiles). The tiles depict fields with windows and brickwork.

Using the tiles, the players build the facade of their house piece by piece. Every time a floor (row) or part of the house (column) is completed, the player receives points. A row earns 1 point and a column 2 points. These points are doubled if the row or column consists entirely of windows (2 or 4 points respectively).

When players build over a coat of arms or complete a special floor (marked with a coat of arms), they receive skill tokens or special tiles, which help them reach their goal faster
