Copper alloy conductor provides excellent sparking with a resistance of less than 50 Ω. Ferromagnetic impregnated core creates an effective EMI choke. 40 feet of conductor wrapped around 1 foot of wire for high EMI suppression. The conductor core uses DuPont Kevlar material to improve tensile strength. The durable outer sleeve is a proprietary compound that resists high heat and abrasion. Stainless steel terminals have dual crimp tabs that grip the wire conductor and outer jacket separately.

A single 12 inch superconductor wire has a resistance of only 40-50 ohms. This is the lowest resistance of the spiral winding. The conductor is wrapped very tightly around a special central core. Over 40 feet of conductor is wrapped in 1 foot of plug wire, so it's very tight.
