Copper alloy conductors have a resistance of less than 50 ohms per foot for excellent sparking. Ferromagnetic impregnated core creates an effective EMI choke. 40 feet of conductor wrapped around 1 foot of wire for high EMI suppression; conductor core is made of DuPont Kevlar material for improved tensile strength. The durable outer sleeve is a proprietary compound that resists high heat and abrasion. Stainless steel terminals feature dual crimp tabs to grip the wire conductor and outer jacket separately.

Incredibly low resistance without electronic interference. One piece of 12 inch superconductor wire has a resistance of only 40-50 ohms. This is the lowest resistance of any spirally wound wire. For that purpose, we use copper alloy conductors because of their excellent voltage carrying capacity. Less resistance means less loss of spark energy reaching the spark plug. The conductor is wound extremely tightly around a special center core. So tight that over 40 feet of conductor is wrapped around a foot of plug wire. This winding procedure, in combination with a ferromagnetic impregnated center core, produces a highly effective electromagnetic interference (EMI) choke.
