The Dirty Projectors have released their new album "Lamp Lit Prose" only a year and a half after their last album! Formed in 2002, the Dirty Projectors have released seven albums and performed at many Japanese festivals including Hostess Club Weekender, Fuji Rock, and Asagiri Jam. Dave's last album, produced with Solange and Taiyon Dai Braxton, was a masterpiece that transcended the boundaries of genres such as indie rock, R&B, and electronic, and was produced in the midst of heartbreak after band members left the band. This time around, Dave continues the history of the Dirty Projectors and breaks new ground in terms of songwriting and production to create what could be called the "Dirty Projectors Big Band," the most uplifting sound ever! The new album also features Rostam (ex-Vampire Weekend), Robin Pecknold (Fleet Foxes), Sid (The Internet), Empress of, Amber Mark, and many more.
